these are donor parts from a guy who was cleaning out his garage. there's no way to distinguish this turbo with others unless you've dealt with turbos before. i'm new with turbos since i've only owned a civic, rx7 N/A, and a Crx.

still any idea?

RB20det's came with a T28 so did GTiR models, you are good to go for upto 16-18PSI. T25 came on redtop SR's, I think the T-28 came on the Black top sr's, but I could be off on that one.

Hey zenkizen I have same body kit on my zenki NA with CF hood though. If that is your zenki in the picture it is really clean, nice job. I have similar questions about a turbo.

I am piecing together my own turbo kit to put on my KA. Right now I am running 2 91 exhaust cams in my 95 ka. I just got a turbo for free from someone who owes me $$$. I don't know much about turbos so I am wondering if I can use this turbo. It is a Garrett factory refurbished turbo that reads A/R .42 on the front wheel and A/R .48 on the rear wheel. It also reads m24 on the front housing and m26 on the rear housing. Is this a T3 or T4? How much HP can be made with this turbo? The turbine wheels in the turbo are sturdy and have no play that I can tell. The turbo is in good shape and looks pretty new. I will get pics of it as soon as I can but just wanted to see if anyone could tell me anything about this turbo. I will also post part no. and ser. no tomorrow it that helps.

Turbo Serial No. xdm1257
Turbo Part No. r0936057

i could be wrong but the turbo i think you have is a small t28 like my t25. i think your turbo came off of a skyline RB26DETT motor and should put out around 180-250 rwhp depending on your setup. should work well if your setting up a daily driven car.
