What are the difference between the blue mark and black mark fuel injector?

my ecu keep pulling the code for fuel injector leak but my injectors are relativly new and they seems to be ok. Then I just found that there are blue marked injector (for cyclinder 2 and 3) and black marked (for cyclinder 1 and 4). I wonder what are the difference and what happen if I mixed them up? is there suppose to be orange marked as well? Thanks for the help

the caps should be red. Maybe if you take a picture i could understand where the mark is and what you are asking

hows the fuel pressure? how old is your pump? try to run it with the gas lid open and see if it makes any difference (less vac)
