if you do the 5 lug conversion and big brakes dont forget new wheels at the same time... stock wheels wont fit after the conversion...but im a smart man and would make it stop befor i started to make it go fast... i always build them brakes suspention then motor...push it as hard as you can with what ya got and make it go faster after you know every little thing about how the car drives and stops with the new parts...

I'd go either LSD or Brakes, what you have to realise is that LSD = new axles and that 5 lug + 300zx Brakes = new wheels (buy the ones you like so you dont have to waste any money later)

If it was my choice I would go this way :

1.LSD
2.5 lug ,Brake conversion with brakes!
3.AEM intake
4.Exhaust

My vote:

intake, then catback, then LSD, then 5 lug. each step will cost more $, but in the meanwhile you can enjoy the previously aded parts

look around, when i got my lsd for my s13 i got the entire subframe from a r33 which had the five lugs and brakes. if you score like that you can get the fronts and youll have brakes, five lug and lsd all at once( still got to get wheels though). anyway i would go the intake then exhaust route also.

1) a full catback = Go with it!
2) LSD = You plan on drifting?
3) Five lug conversion with new rotors and big brake pads hehe = I would go with a Z32 brake converstion and the Se 5lugs.
4) AEM intake = Ive alwaysed seen AEM as a rice brand. But i would still go with it.

LSD isn't just strictly for drift

Intake doesn't go down the drain if you go turbo - just sell it to another 240 guy/girl.

BTW - if you want more info on intakes, read my post http://www.club240.com/forums/showth...6&pagenumber=3

Safety first my friend,safety first

If ur can can make more than 80 mph suspension and brakes should be always on top of the list unless u got a car that already comes beef up on those areas, ours is so so ,thats why I think suspension and brakes should always be on top of the list.
