Yeah its preference. LOL i know what you mean KA vs SR. its been beaten to death so many times. I just like being a bit more original... and if you ever see my 240 youll know what I mean. Yeah the KA and SR are both very capable motors, the SR's aftermarket support make it a good candidate for the average tuner, wheras the KA's strong internals, larger displacement, and availability for replacement parts, make it a good candidate for the more experienced tuners.

Yes, I totally agree with your statements about the KA. I personally have very little experience tuning but I have a few buddies that run high power dsm's that could help. Id like to put an sr in my s13 and a turbo ka in my old hardbody
