where to get a maf adapter

any1 know where i might be able to find a maf adater?

preferably a pickup, no mailing.. i live in sunny florida

that will work, first one I've ever seen with the place for the hose that goes to the AIV too

yeah i saw that and was skeptical about it.. but i said screw it ill buy it.. $14 on ebay shipped
