He's had the car for sale for a month, doubt any one will offer him the $13,000 asking price. Most he'll get is about $8,000, since the chassis is almost worth nothin, all you would pretty much payin for is the engine and turbo. As far as custom work thats at his loss, and people that do custom work like that normally don't sell there ride. I'm gauranteeing there is something wrong.
