Winter Project

I purchased a 1990 240sx se from my buddy in arizona.
The body is in really good shape with the exception of needing paint.
In the pics the ka24e and tranny are in a rwd civic for mockup but the motor and tranny are in the 240 now.
I wanna deff. boot the sohc ka and drop in a dohc ka or sr20 just not sure yet.
The car is completly rust free and the interior is super clean other than the 2 cracks in the dash.
LMK what you guys think!
Any input on ideas for the motor swap will be greatly appreciated

bad news...my buddy got the sohc ka in and was cranking it over and come to find out it has a horrible rod knock.
So now hes going to a junkyard where there is a wrecked coupe with a dohc ka in it with 106k on it lets hope it turns out better this time.
