thats an aftermarket item. Go under the dash and find out where it goes. You car does not has hicas, because a big sticker would be there with the word hicas and a light that goes on if there are any problems with it.

Its just an aftermarket toggle switch. It COULD HAVE BEEN....what evry one else said or theres also a possibility that it was an ignition kill switch or an amplifier toggle switch.

Alright, I'll check under the dash and check it out. It's just wierd though, cause my car's bone stock, cept for that switch, or so I think... hmmm....

alarm maby?

uaually switches like that would dictate to some sort of lights, Sub kill switch, or Vallet switch for an alarm..

But I don't have any subs in my car. I just have the two in the door pnel and the two in the rear by the hatch area.

or... trace the wires out and find out where it goes. then you'll know for sure, no guessing.

I have a 95 and i have a switch like that too. Looks to me like it came stocked in my car. I have flicked it a few times, i think it my turn off my alarm, but dunno for shure.

My car is out of commission until i get a new radius and lower control arm

So, how to I get that switch out of there. i've tried getting it out, but it doesn't budge. I looked under the dash, but the bottom part, the part that wraps under the steering wheel area blocks the view of anything there.

dude omfg.. theres probably a piece that screws onto it.. that tightens it to the panel. it's a switch. jesus.. just get in there.. rip the dash out.. get to the bottom of this..
