Is this zenki a good deal?

So I am finally in the market to buy a 240sx and decided that I would get and s14. I have always loved the zenki's better for some reason. Anyways I just came back from looking at a 1996 240sx. I am assuming it's a base model because it has no sunroof anf no five lug. In fact, it even has the factory steelies with it's original hubcaps. It has 99k miles, it's red, has clean interior, but it's automatic. The dirver side door and rear quarter panel have been repainted. Few dings but that is expected of a ten year old car.

So is it worth it for $7750?

well I can't seem to find any in NorCal. I would prefer it to be mostly stock because I would like to build it up myself. Have you guys seen any for sale in the bay area?
