no spark coming from the coil, bought a new one and still no spark, also theres a red light on the ECU, any help?

 

need for info... such as i recently bought this car no start....... or i was driving and it quit....... or i just finished rebuilding and now it wont start..... neeed more info to determine why you dont have spark.....
