for autocross you would want a smaller turbo so you always have instant power delivery for exiting corners, for drifting you would probably want a medium to larger size turbo so you have more of a top end to keep the tires spinning fast. but it really just boils down to personal preference

keep it smaller or medium at all times IMO.

unless you drag race, bigger turbo for drifting is just more lag, and less throttle respone when not in high revs.

yea ill forever have smaller turbos... im not in it for big gains... my setup is powerful enough yet easy to maintain.

ya that sounds nice as well, i plan just basic t25, at like 6 pounds. im not really into much power.

lol. that will get about 160hp and 180tq. once you have boost you become an addict

really you think thats all? i mean i dont want much like i said.

brian always tells me once i get boost, ill always want more. its gonna happen lol.

i made 180/210tq with my t25 on ~8lbs on a mustang dyno. i can't stand having an inefficient turbo

i can't beleive i almost let this start without me, i also am a KA-T brother, well as soon as i get an safc and a down pipe... but im a week away from shutting down my roommates sr... we went to the 1/8th mile yesterday and he ran a 9.02 so i should be able to provide a descent *** beating

mustang dynometers use much more accurate calculations, dynojets just give you the numbers you really want

hmmmm i have heard it the other way around from guys i know that run shops lol.... i say dyno on the top three leading dyno's lol. after that use your high school math skills and average it out LOL.

im a pritty big newbee on the whole KA-t thing can i get some info cus i was gonna get my 93 ka rebilti was just wondering what i would need to do it sucessfuly, im not looking to do to much just more than stock. or would it do me just as good to get a preformance rebuild ??
