My first 240sx, now a KA-T!! (HELP)

Hey guys, I'm new to the 240 seen! I bought a 240sx... bought the Greddy turbo kit and installed it myself. Things went wrong and well... I rebuild the engine at a very respectful shop. Well I went ahead with new oil pump, new water pump, got the head polished at a shop, put in 265 cams, Wiseco 9:1 pistons, head gasket, but left the rest of the bottom end stock. Also put in 550cc injectors, a fuel rail, Greddy FMIC, and a Greddy oil catch can. Still running the stock MAF and i had my car dynoed last week. 13PSI and manage 296whp and 315 Torque/wheels.

What are the next steps I should take? I'm looking to upgrade to a Koyo radiator, Samco pipes, a Z32 MAF, and then the shop owner said the best thing was to send my ecu off and get it tuned by a friend of his in California. After that, I'm gonna get ride of my Greddy E-manage and replace it with a Boost controller.

Here my question: What should I do send the ecu off or reflash it? Should I consider doing anything else? They say to get a SAF, is that a boost control? What does SAF stand for?
I'm shooting for 350-375 to the wheels.
Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks ahead of time!

Boy, do I love this set-up! A friend of mine has a 335i (2door) I mean for a inline-six (which is one of the best build, excluding a built 2JZZ, I think) and 2 turbos, so you got to imagine, ZERO turbo lag! Well, I was impressed that I was able to gain on him and after third gear I was a car length in front of him!!

by no means is it perfect but it does contain the basics of every build.
