350 horses, possible?

Is it possible to get 350 horses out of a ka without a sr swap or turbo? I'm trying to put a parts list together that would help reach that goal.

If I'm correct it should be a low milage/rebuilt motor for a base, add a stroker kit with a shaved crank, stage 2 ported heads, underdrive pulleys, short ram intake, headers with catback, tuned ecu, cams, larger injectors, maybe upgrade the ignition, if you have any ideas to add to that, let me know. If I can get 350 horses to a ka, i think i'd die happy, think of the torque with that.

stroking ka isnt a good idea ka is already stroked and 350 on a n/a ka isnt cheap but i havent heard of any1 making 200 to the wheels with out spending good cash. PS u get more torque if u turbo the ka

If I remeber right the user on here Big Vinnie spent 1k and acheived 200chp, with a dyno chart to prove it, so can you squeeze 150 more ponies with another 3k? If you spend you're money wisely I definitely wanna see how close you can come.

I agree you could do it, but I would go with 5k to be on the safe side. Import performance parts.net sells a stroker kit which increases displacement up to 2.6L with a bore of 90mm. Put a ITB setup, proper cams and some really good tuning along with the rest of the usual bolt on parts, you could hit 350.
Oh, by the way that stroker kit at IPP is only like 2700 with a knife edged crank.

LOL that is a lot out of the small KA without turbo, um for the price to get 350 ponies you can do a swap RB series and get way more power production, but an NA with 350hp would be pretty badass, hope you have some MULLA

IF you would manage to get that power out of the car N/A, I doubt it would be very streetable at all

Actually stroker kits are inefficient and decrease rev and redline for increased torque. The begining of this thread was how to make 350HP. A stroker kit increases torque and decreases the potential to make more (free INERTIA) at higher RPM's. The inertia which intern is HP or the added momentum that is freed up in the acceleration process.
The only way that 350HP will be accomplished is by utilizing a completely redesigned fully counter weighed crank. NISMO offers the crank, rods, and pistons for 8grand. It allows a higher redline for the KA (which is what it needs to drag out more power). I believe the new redline begins at about 8500RPM, and with no load to the wheels can safely make it to 10,000RPM redline without blowing the valve train. Again like I said the bottom end alone cost $8000, labor at the bare minimum will cost $2000,(alot of machining will need to be done. No if and or buts about it, it will cost $10,000.....
