Ya, I think so too, the valves are starting to knock every so often. But I want to hold on to this motor for as long as I can because first I want to get the suspesion and LSD done first. Then save up for a motor. I might just do a valve job as well.. I also add some injector cleaner, see if that helps. Thanks everyone

There isnt much you can do with the injectors except replace them or profesionally clean them( about $60). with new seals. Injector cleaner is worthless. Dont waste your cash.
I have a set out now getting cleaned, flowed, ect...
A way to find out if the injectors are leakin gis to dive the car stop it. Let it sit for a bit till it's cold & pull the injectors.

If you dont have one. Get a pressure gauge.

What does that mean? Well I changed the MAFS sensor and when the car was cold, it started right away and would rev up good. The check engine light stayed on until the car was warm, after that it turned off and the car started to run like crap again. I try to pull the codes and nothing would show.

A friend of mine said that the Coolant Temp. Sensor could be the problem. Is this true?

As of right now I'm looking to see how much it would be to clean the injectors. Thanks for the info.

If you don't need the car everyday. My friend took his injector and sat them in gasoline for like a day. He said that cleans them. Then he put new o-rings and they worked fine.(Supra turbo)

Use the 300zx filter because it's a little bigger, stronger and fits perfectly in the stock place(no mods needed)

The two times my KA24E ran like garbage was
1) The wires for the MAF were messed up.
2) The wires to the temp sensor and #1 injector were messed up.
Solution: Go to the junk. Cut some good wires off and put in pocket(optional). Go home and replace the bad ones. Goodluck.

SOrry about that. I meant to say.......

A way to find out if the injectors are leaking. Is to drive the car, then park it. Let it sit for a bit till it's cold & then pull the injectors.

Well, I went back to NAPA and told them that my car still ran the same after replacing the MAFS. I replaced the PCV, and bought the Coolant Temp. Sensor( will install it in car when its cold). They also told me to go back tomorrow and they will run a diagnostic and those big computer things.

Nunook, I'll take your advise and pull the injectors out tomorrow and take the to a shop where they test and clean them. If I have time I'll go to a junk yard and see what I can find.

I hope by doing this tomorrow I will get the car running fine. Thanks everyone.

It was the COOLANT TEMP. SENSOR!!!!!!! When I got home from NAPA, I let the car cool down. I then installed the CTS and it started running like it did before, TORQUEY!!!!!! No I have to do something about the valves because they knock when its cold and when I rev it over 5500 rpms. Thanks everyone for their advise!!!

There is only one CTS, the other is for the fan. The CTS is bigger and it uses a 19mm to pull it out and right next to it is says "don't open while hot". Thats about it.

The one for the fan is on the lower hose right? I dont have an aux fan so I have no idea. I know it plugs into the engine harness but I thought that one was for the ECU( also controls when the fans come on).

The one on the intake I thought was for the Temp gauge.
I know there are two of them one for the ECU & one for the gauge, unless the gauge is controlled by the ECU.

It was always working, but now when my car warms up, the car idles higher to warm up faster and doesn't run rich when its at normal temp.

Its located where the upper radiator hose meets the motor. I think u need to use a 19mm to get it out.
