Question '93 KA24de compression question

I searched the NA forum and found nothing that helped.

Anyways, my question is... is 190psi in each cylinder too much compression for a KA24de? If so, what could be the culprit for such results?

The upper timing chain assembly is located in the upper half of the head....
The bottom timing chain assembly uses timing chain tensioner, tensioners pull the chain tight.
I highly dought milling the head will cause issues with the timing chain. More than likely if you mill to much off the head, you will hacve valve clearance issues........
