blown motor

i blew my motor and i was wondering if anyone had any tips on pulling off the head.(its a de) thanks in advance for any helpful info...... man i feel like Tak Fujiwara!

hey your not the only one with a blown engine.. I blew up my **** now i'm stuck rebuilding the buttom end. U will need a torq t55 for the head bolts.
