Brian Crower working on a stroker kit for the KA

I was checkin out the Brian Crower website when I came across this:

http://briancrower.com/makes/nissan/ka24de.shtml

"The BC stroker kit for the Nissan KA24DE engine incorporates a 91mm stroke, steel billet crankshaft. Depending on bore size that you decide, the BC kit will take you up to a 2.65L with a safe 102mm bore. The KA24DE kit utilizes premium steel billet connecting rods. As usual, each BC kit features custom CP pistons, wrist pins, full ring pack and buttons. Big time horsepower and torque gains."

Sounds pretty cool, does anyone have any ideas on power gains?

I'm waiting on some more information about this kit... it sounds like it's going to be intense though from the buzz I've been hearing

question for vinnie. or anybody else who wants to answer. what do you think this kit will do for the redline? id imagine it lowering it but it has a fully balanced crank and stronger rods so mabey thatll kinda even it out or possible stil have room to raise. frik, ive never seen a built reliable n/a ka. i know this kit is def gonna help make power but how reliable you think itll be with a longer stroke now? ka's with this kit prob wont see high rpms even with a lot of headwork, eh? i dunno i need your input vinnie. preach your word! haha

Not to mention it is a fullycounterweighed crank. This kit will probably redline into the 6500RPM range, with no problems. 102mm stroker increased from the stock 96mm. This could actually increase the performance of our stock cams. This kit dropped in with probably stock compression (9.5:1)could possibly make 200whp at a true 2.4 or 2.5 litres with 240/248 duration OBD1 cams.
This kit has been discussed for a while at NICO.

Its says a 102mm stroke though with a possible 91 or 92mm bore. What is that gonna do to the redline and power possibilities?

With a 102mm stroke that means that the rod is shorter. This accelerates upward piston momentum decreasing redline, and increasing dwell time. FYI the 91mmstroke that use to be on brian crfowers main page was a typed error.
Probably a little less rev than what a dodge srt4 2.4 liter engine makes. The dodge engine has a 101mm stroke, and an 87.5mm piston.
SRT4 redline and peak power 101mmstroke, 87.5mm bore
