Seems to make sense. I appreciate your info and opinion.
I know for sure im going to do the ignition coil, regrounding, and 70mm maf upgrade here pretty soon.
When I do the maf upgrade will i need to reset the ecu, and will I need a new intake?

Intake, you shouldn't need anything

i bought the XFC from http://www.powertraincontrolsolutions.com for my sr20 s13. i'll put it in my ka24 build on my s14 that i just started.
