Head Swap

New to the board.

Anyway, I just got 2 240sx's for a runaway steal price. One's a 93", the other a 89". As the mechanic says (but isn't sure on either) the 93' ka24de is seized up, needs new motor. The 89' will crank up but has head problems. My question is, can the heads of the 93' be put on the 89'? Is there anything that has to be changed?

I can't anwer the question, but this might help
the 89 engine is a SOHC 140hp engine, whereas the 93 is a DOHC 155hp engine, so I doubt so.

I'm not a mechanic, but isn't the difference is the heads? What else is different?
