Help my grinding steering wheel

My steering wheel makes a dry scraping noise when I turn it. It sounds similar to an extremely dry bearing. I assume there is a bearing in the steering wheel, is it possible to replace? How difficult is it?

are you sure your not low on power steering fluid ? or that your cv boots arnt jacked up ?
