When i start the car up cold and push it, it will run fine its only when it warms up that is starts to run terrible. It almost runs as if the A/C is on all the time. What could be the problem?

Its a 95 240sx with short ram and exhaust. My maf was reading incorrectly for the voltage, could that cause it to be really hesitant?
