When i start the car up cold and push it, it will run fine its only when it warms up that is starts to run terrible. It almost runs as if the A/C is on all the time. What could be the problem?

Its a 95 240sx with short ram and exhaust. My maf was reading incorrectly for the voltage, could that cause it to be really hesitant?

my car is running really rich, got on average 23 miles to the gallon and it was all high way.
