All right fellas, I am looking to pull a few horses out of my engine with out having to get rid of the great gas milage and the huge amount of cash a good turbo setup would cost me. I am looking for a good intake, header, cat back exhuast, and what ever else you can think of that can maybe get me around 180-200 ponies. Thanks for the help.

All I can say is go to search button.
The KA topic has been more than discussed on modifications, more than half the threads are by me, personally.
Type in KA" and then whatever MOD you are looking for", the relative HP numbers are there.

Expect to lose "the great gas mileage" if you turbo anything.

I'm also hoping that you're talking 180-200 at the flywheel... or you've got some rethinking to do.

Of course at the fly wheel. I don't think I could pull 180-200 at the wheels keeping it NA without doing some extensive work. Maybe one day when she isn't my daily I could do that but for now just want a few more horses so I can kick *** and take names on the I-20.

The extensive work wouldn't be too extensive. Just matter of getting stronger cams for higher RPM, either clover leafing the head, or raising the piston dish volume to your pistions atleast higher than 10.1:1 to notice a difference, and a reprogramed ecu....
Larger TB at 65mm is a nice way to go also, as well as a porting and honing of the intake side...
