dak2007-- I was reading a thread on here and this guy had a very similar problem and fixed it by tightening a couple of bolts. Contact him, maybe he can help you out.

Why are we humoring this know-nothing troll?

Stick to bicycles. If you can avoid riding them on flat tires, leaving them out in the rain, and running into curbs for a few years, then maybe you'll be ready for a bone stock Honda Civic.
