is there any other MAF i could use on my s13 KAde??? other than the stock one and still run with the factory ECU and all that?? cant find any ever at the jyard and mine is fuhked. itll work fine but if i hit a nard bump while driving it instantly makes my car run funny and black smoke out the exhaust(runnin rich??) but i can get out and barely touch the harness and the idle smooths out and smoke goes away. Does this sound like a bad harness or do i have a faulty MAF?? which brings me back to the topic question.....is there any other OEM MAF i could use?? or does anyone have a extra one they are selling?? thanx bros

pretty much.. no. with the addition of a MAF that was not used when the cars maps was created..... is a no go. Just adding an N60 alone would sorta make you need to retune your car.

+1, you are gona have to do a re-tune if you want to use any other maf

By tune we simply mean some way to control fuel. with the N60, you will have to tone the fuel down some at some points.

Get a wideband and a SAFC and you can tune it yourself* to a healthy 14.7ish while driving and 11.5 to 12 while under full load.




*only if you have a long private road other than that a decent dyno shop can have you set in a matter of about an hour.
