To Mix Or Not To Mix? Injectors.

Re built my KAE runs great but 2 injectors are leaking. Installed new O rings but the injectors are leaking through the body, I installed 2 from a different engine not sure what position they came from, the NISSAN dealer told that I cannot mix and match injectors they do not have any paint marks but the numbers are different but they came off a KAE also. Engine runs fine?

Why not just take all four injectors off of the other kae? No mis-mash problems then.

2 Bad Injectors friend only had 2 to give me. The NISSAN parts guy smiles while he rips you off for injector O rings@ $6.00 each and then tells you, can't mix the injectors they are numbered if you take out #1 then you have to put a #1 in the same place. I think it's B.S. cylinders are round and they all have to run the same fuel mixture and burn the same or the engine runs rough?

Yeah you are right the car runs great even gas mileage is good and the plugs are all the same color. I think the NISSAN dude had to say something but he put his foot in his mouth. It kind of freaked me out but thanks to this FORUM I feel a lot better.
