My car dies after I get off the highway.

After getting off the highway my idle starts to stumble or just dies after I get to a complete stop. To start it back again I would have to rev it really high. The car just seems dies again after I let go of the gas. That method work only for a short time before the car really shuts off completely. The engine also won't fully rev up. The only way for the car to act normal again is to let it sit for a good 1hr.

I went to the ECU and check the code today. The ECU gave me a #45 - Injector fuel leak (California models only). Now I'm alil confused. Could the same code apply for everyone else? I know the first owner blew her engine and had it replaced. Please help me out if anyone can. My car feels like a ticking time bomb....
