Oil pressure or Temperature?
Either way is going to be a pain. I guess the stock oil pressure sender is threaded in Japanese pipe threat, which is the same as British Pipe Thread (BSPT - Tapered) that is very hard to find since most British Pipe Thread fittings (BSP) are of the straight variety.
Either way, it's not a good idea to try to hang both stock and aftermarket senders off of a brass tee - you have much to risk if that tee breaks. It would probably be best to run a soft line to a little distribution block for all necessary senders.
For water temp I'm not 100% sure. If there are two temperature senders (1 for dash gauge and one for the ECU), then you could probably just replace the gauge one with the new one... but I'm not positive if this is how it works on the 240.
If you need to add another sender, I'd try to get it put into a pipe in the lower radiator hose. You could drill and tap a hole into any part of the block or manifold that would put the sensor in the coolant flow, but that makes me a little nervous.
