CA is sohc and dohc........ The sohc comes with solid lifters like the KA sohc......
The sohc manifold looks like that of the NAPSZ and KA...
The dohc manifold has a reversed bolt pattern to the KADE......

ok...is the SOHC Ca Belt driven??? do u have any pics of the FWD SOHC Ca engine.

OK it would have to a CA18 SOHC(which i never knew exsisted) from the picture below..

Seems like i'm going all over the place....Now is this SOHC CA18 any good....Is it based on the DOHC Ca18

It's a CA........
But what you should ask your self is if the front wheel drive heads and rear wheel drive heads, are they compatible????
I know the CA came with real good compression specs, and the high rev was pretty good as well..........
Rip it open and find out...
I don't think CA is at all compatible with any L/Z/KA engines though.........
