no compression

here's the deal, i was coming home from a party at Akron U. and on the way home, a Caprise Classid decided to try to race me. I was always pulling on him until i let up off the gas. at one point, i shifted into 3rd on the highway, and was trying to shift into 4th, but went into 2nd by accident. this caused me to either bend a valve, or somehow the exhaust valve in cylinder 2 is stuck open. so i get no compression. is there a way to fix this without taking the head off, or do i have to get a head job. all other cylinders are at at least 130PSI in a compression test.

the exhaust valve on cylinder 2 is definately off trac. But Im use to working on the DOHC motor, Im not sure how to try to adjust or change the valves on a SOHC motor. plus the rocker on that valve is loose too. i can move it by hand. all the other rockers are stiff and can't be moved. i hope i don't have to get a valve job and take the head off, but if i have to, i guess i will.
