Possible Timing guide or Lifter tick?
Well, I have been lurking around the forums for the answer. The problem that I have with the KA24E is when I press the gas pedal. A small noise will appear as it hits the higher RPMs but also during normal idling the noise is present. Also, during normal driving the rpm will rise but the car will be sluggish throughout the gears.
