Quick Question, Engine Problem

ok im buying this 240 as a project car, the kid said one day he was driving and the car bogged down and lost like half the horsepower, he shut the car off and now he says he cant start it, i talked to someone knowledgeable and he said it might be the air flow sensor, does anyone have any ideas? im getting the car for practically nothing

sounds like he overheated and the pistons welded themselves to the block... or had at least SOMETHING to do with overheating. I gar-on-tee!

If it's a project car then you should change that motor. The owner sounds like a newb anyways, so you never know what REALLY happened.

Read my sig.
Be more original and turbo a good KA... not saying that turboing a KA is fully original, but better than jumping on the sr bandwagon.
