rattle in valvecover??

so basically, when i start my car, it rattles from within the valve cover, and its kind of late and i cant really work on it, so does anyone have any ideas what this could be? it almost sounds like there is something loose just getting knocked around. wtf.?

Hey check to see if its the timing chain. I know most of the guys on here just remove the top timing chain guide. Perhaps that would help (?)

actually bro its the upper and lower guide. i order to get the lower guide. you must remove the distributer and take the front cover off.

take the top guide and the side guide off, the one where the distributor is at. that should stop the noise. youd know if it was your lower guides so im pretty sure you wont have to go through that.
