sohc to dohc

i just picked up a 90 240 sohc for 200 bucks, but it is about to throw a rod. so all i need to know is how hard is it to do a swap on the head and block, or do i need an entire motor? an dif i need a motor does any around texas have 1 for sale?

It's easier to stay SOHC and rebuild, or just buy a DOHC, lots of work involved. but nico has the anwer, saw it last week.
