does a 60mm throttle body off a SR give the ka24de any power of would it be a waste of money?

The KA24DE already has a 60 mm throttle body. so yes it would be a wast of time and money.

I thought the sr throttle body's are 50mm not 60mm or do they have either?

and if you bore out the throttle body you loose torque.
correct me if I'm wrong.

50mm on an sr.

You are wrong to a degree. You must also match the intake to the size of the new TB... and you do lose a slight bit on the low end.

Heard rumor that a throttle body off 1993 -1997 Altima's would be an upgrade for 240's

confirmed - plausable - busted ?

Nope those engines are KA as well and only come with a 60mm.
On a side note...
When you bore a TB the intake needs to be bored as well.
As far as losses in lowend torque it is a very small loss at under 2500RPM, and the gains are much more noticeable, as long as the TB bore is reasonable (under 65mm)

....you always have a way of taking what i say and making it sound better lol.
But anyways, what would happen if i had my tb bored to say, 70mm?

Well there are harmoltz principles that need to be followed. The larger the TB becomes the less swirl will be made. So at lower RPM when there isn't enough air velocity to run between the butterfly of the TB through the runners it can actually decrease CFM rating which can be really bad for streetable power and idle.
If the engine was rebuilt for track use and was a high compression engine 11.1:1 cr or higher with a valve train that could exceed rev to lets say about 9000RPM it would work to an advantage making the velocity needed to make alot of HP at peak RPM's. Then again this would meen that an entirely new intake manifold would need to be designed with shorter runners.
