i have a 91 240sx SE 2.4L DOHC, does this motor take the same fuel pump as a SR20DET motor?

a while back i saw a comparison of several aftermarket fuel pumps, while walbro is not known for it's quality, it is one of the better pumps out there for the price. i bought one from expressfuelpumps.com becuase they claim to carry only genuine walbro pumps, but like i said, they're not known for their quality so it's debatable whether you're better off getting a knock off pump or not.

what is utter crap is walbros warranty. if a pump fails before the one year period, they'll replace it or at least they claim they will. that is assuming you send them the pump and the $40 they charge to inspect the pump. if upon inspection it is determined that the pump failed becuase of anything other than normal operation, not only will you need to buy another pump but you'll also be out $40.

i'm not saying you shouldn't get a walbro, i have one and it's worked great for about 3 years now. i just wish i knew all this ahead of time before i bought it and thought you'd like to know also.

you could do it to a 240.
