where to put the intake temperature sensor that was in the oem air filter box, since im going to have an exhaust like the injen one, i want to know where to put it because obviously on wont be able to bolt it, like it was bolted on the box, since it will be a cone filter...
thankx

I think he meant intake guys... give him a break

As for the question, if you buy a REAL Injen, there's a spot on the adaptor where it'll screw right in, no worries. If you buy an Ebay intake, chances are 50/50... some of them have a hole in the MAFS adaptor that you can screw the IAT sensor in, just like the Injen, but some don't give you anything, so either you shove the sensor inside the cone filter and tighten the folter clamp over the wire (really dumb idea) or you put one of those "+20HP WOWOWOW" resistor jobs on Ebay that keeps you fuel mixture at WOT, even if your car is idling (also a bad idea)

drill holes for it and put a little elbow grease into it. It's not that big of a deal and then you won't have to worry about your ecu "throwing codes"

It shouldn't be too hard - you don't have to worry about threading anything since the IAT screws thread into a small metal plate anyways... just don't forget to use a drop of threadlock for the screws... you don't want that little plate falling off
