FMCS stand for Fulton-Montgomery Car Scene. located in the 518 area code, upstate NY, anyone from Albany to Saratoga to Mayfield has joined. Feel free. It's a tightknit group and everyone on there is pretty helpful. There's a wide variety of cars, too.
