Here is something like the list that Silviaspeed always posts when we have a BBQ. Just copy and paste with your name in the spot for what you are going to be bringing. Don't worry about doubling up on items as long as the other spots are taken.

Also please add anything you think I have missed, whether you are bringing it or not.

RPM if you can bring the ice, then cool hook it up, and while you working the drinks maybe the cups too?? I know from the last time we had the meet here the town is a ***** to drive through.....hopefully we'll have everything we need this time.

I'm going to be there a little late, should I still bring stuff? I'd do the plates and napkins thing, if you all wouldn't mind them showing up at 2 pm. How much should I bring?

 

Bring desert. Cookies or whatever.

Bring what you would like. The time should be no matter.

If we don't use it this bbq we will use it on the next.
