I am about to move to Oregon some town called eugene, is there any scene in oregon, and what is the emmission requirments, can u pass with a ca18det??

 

I live in eugene i started the scene and there is no smog here plus another ca18 in town would be cool

 

Yea man, since im 16 and my parents are taking me away from all of my friends they said they would buy me a new car, I was like nehhhhh, just make mine better, this was in my plans anyways just not this soon. Its gonna be nice. I heard eugene is pretty nice as well my parents are down there right now with my bro and sis, I have to work this weekend.
