The Pacer has some points with the big back window thing, but the 240 seems to always get the upper hand.

 

well the vtec in the 240 would kick in around 7k RPM's and take off. but the Pacer's is lightweight, so it might overtake it.

If you took a 2.4L Chevy car and put it against a 240 then id put all my money on the nissan.

 

well see, the monte carlo, won't be stock. Well, the chances are its got straight through exhaust, lighter (due to rust), stripped interior (chances are). So that makes it quicker. But, chances are the motor has so many miles, and is smokin badly.
