That sounded like thee most awesome California law enforcement officer ever. The ride height rules in california are hilarious though.... well it's more like they are hilarious here. The law is your axles cant be less than 4inches from the ground........... yeah
22 inches center line of your low beam, that is the key part. Find dead center of your low beam and mark it about 1/4" above the limit and they are forced to pass you.
Im not sure, could be within the next year. Im going to be a tanker in the Marine Corps so that means i have a really good chance of going to 29 palms. Im going to request that base too. So hopefully ill get to go soon, I miss the desert.

ok so today blew pretty hard.
woke up at 5:30.
picked up my friend at 6:30
met up with my other friend at 7:00
got to frisco at 8:00 for check in.
waited until 10:00 to roll in.
then i parked my car at the festival and killed time until around 1.
then henry came and **** got a little bit better.
saw thee out mods and lemon drop kick perform.
both great band, bought a CD from both of them.
The singer from lemon drop kick remembered me and we chatted for a bit, and she hooked it up with some free stickers, which was great.
lost my camera.
and we left JDM theory cuz it sucked dick anyways.
on the way back, i got pulled over.
tinted windows.
vinyl on front windows.
modified exhaust.
too low.
modified carb equipment.
which means i get a free ride to the state ref.
yay.
i am realllllly looking into paying it all off, or junking this car and picking up a new shell.
but.
right now i really feel as if ive reached my limit with this relationship.
its not her, its really just me causing **** to happen between me and other people because of how i modify her.
so yea, after i deal with all this, i am painting my car white, probably painting my lights red, and making my exhaust super quiet, not to mention removing the vinyl from the front window. which means that it wont be my style anymore, but thats what i have to do in order to keep this relation ship going. that is when i have to re-evaluate my priorities and decide whether or not this is worth it.
im really leaning towards another car.
another S chassis will yield the same exact problems.
FC, same deal.
civic, same deal.
which leaves me with a VIP platform, boring.
so im leaning towards an older car.
a '65 mustang perhaps.
but im really actually considering an S30.
its still a nissan, its RWD, relatively light, and similar to the S13, but i would never get pulled over in one of those.
but then again, the S13 is my favorite car of all time, and i really dont want to let this go.

Damn, your car is worse than a woman. Well, I guess at least if you had a Mustang you could do anything in the world to it and not get pulled over.

Dont do it. If you get that many problems from the chp and you really love the car. Get it to where it can pass the ref and then put everything back on and get a daily. Thats what I did with my cressida daily and cops dont even look at me..... like... at all. They probably think I'm old and cenile for driving a car from the early 80's. When I was driving the FC around backfiring for no apparent reason the cops pointed lasers in my face as I drove by all the time. Hell with a old *** daily you can probably still do things you want with it and cops wont look at you... unless you go crazy. Your sexy pink beast kept under wraps and your daily beater that no one looks at. Perfect combonation.
