All Altima Owners Go Here

Resale Value of Altima
I wouldn't mind if Nissan's resale value goes up, as the prior Altimas have less then stellar resale values. Hopefully the addition of the V6, and all these awards the Altima are winning will keep the resale value higher.. That's one thing I wouldn't mind if we "borrowed" from Honda..

My dealer doesn't seem to be moving 2002 altimas too fast, and I haven't yet seen very many in my town. With the 2002 Altima's price higher than the 2001 by ALOT, I think my dealer is making more money re-directing those interested in a 2002 toward a 2001 model. I've seen many '01s around. This dealer tried VERY HARD to redirect me toward a Maxima once he found out I could have afforded one. So the 2002 altima, at least where I live, remains a unique site. It helps to have gotten the only opal blue metallic this dealer has yet had to sell, too. Seems like white, black, and silver are the colors (or lack of color) sold most frequently. Resale concerns? Not me. I'm still driving my '86.5 Nissan pickup, and plan to still be driving this Altima in 15 years with 130k miles on it.

SEVERAL folks wondered of RicerX's absence afterwards.. I think I am at 10,050 or so. I never bothered to look this morning when it was up.
