So I think I'm about to get taken to court about some BS. If theres any lawyers and/or folks skilled in legal matters in the club that wouldn't mind giving their opinion on my situation let me know. It's kinda long and drawn out, so I won't bother typing it all out unless theres any of the aforementioned people present. Basic just of it... A car got towed away while on someone elses property. The owner of the car wants to take the property owner to court for the expenses.

 

i'm no legal expert but if the owner of the car was not given permission to be parked on privet property then he was trespassing.

some counties have legal consultants that will aid you with such matters. call your local cout house and ask if they have such a person.
