Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Practice Pics
Well I use to be a wrestler and it was no doubt that I would venture into BJJ.. the saga has begun. I will say one thing...... this discipline is rough in the beginning lol but learning the basics will make your life easier.

if you get into other disciplines you'll notice that many share the same fundamentals as wrestling. my high school wrestling coach taught us a few sambo and bjj moves years ago before anyone really new what it was.
