probably because he was being filmed, cops always get in trouble on camera he prolly didnt want to deal with it.

LMAO! I'm just speaking as a police officer (USMC) and I've never been scared even when I know I was wrong.

When all else fails you can say you were code one (NL/NS) to a call that got canceled, LOL!
