In Pa it cost me like $15 bucks. Never have had to pay anything for it again. Sounds like the state government in CA has a hankering for sneaking up behind drivers and cracking eggs on their exhausts.

Hey, lay off teh fastbacks. They've done no harm do you. Only you've done harm to them, lol. I still don't get teh CHOCOBO deal. RAWR24L would be cool.
