So why don't you all just go to Japan . . . . it's easy . . . stop talking about it . . be about it . . .join the Military . . . ask to go to Japan . . .9 out of 10 people who ask . . .go . . .

this --> . is a period, it marks the end of one written thought while the comma , demotes a pause in the sentence or continuation of the same thought.
