Biggame.... congrats on the car... really nice purchases... you say she's rough around the edges, but look at all of our 240s.... 10 years old PLUS.... some are nothing but rough, at least yours is a skyline....hope you have fun with it. Make sure you keep us posted on the build, prices, and what not. Can't wait to see... alot of people are all about the R34's the R32's, but think the R33 is straight dopesauce....

Japan's roads, comparably speaking are tremendously smoother than any road you'll find here in the states.
The major export and commodity in Japan is Coral, you can find evidence of this in their roads. The roads are comprised of anywhere from 50 to 90 percent coral. This has the advantage of costing less money and having a significantly higher wear rate so their roads stay a LOT smoother.
However, there is a major downside in that when it rains, you get some extremely slick roads. It's sorta like driving on a wet marble floor. I don't think DJ has experienced this yet, but when he does, he'll see how drifting became so popular.

I wish we could have that here... That alone would eliminate a lot of stupid drivers very quickly. Cops would have a few less problems to deal with on a daily basis.
