I'm definitely going to try to pick up the Gorillaz cd sometime today... lrb_2000, if you like Pennywise and Me First, you should definitely check out Millencolin and No Use For A Name... oOOOooOoo and I was at PVD in Central Park last weekend. 6,000 + heads all thumpin' to the same beat. I love it.

I listen to those bands... I've been to warped tour the past 5 years.. last year was pretty lame though, I only watched Offpring, and Avenged Sevenfold... Flogging Molly is a nothing band, i've seen them 5 times in concert lol.. seen a lot of bands live, Warped tour is pretty sweet if you like that kind of music, except you have to sit through all those crappy-emo bands, and the pop-punk wannabe's...

I know they're young guys in country and crap.. ironically my girlfriend sings country, but that's the only stuff I like, because it's her singing lol... but I don't know, they're something about it that I don't like. Oh well.

Wow I'm not the only one on here who listens to trance. Thats amazing considering 99% of people i talk to about music don't even know what it is.

fav DJ's
Paul Van Dyk
Armin Van Buuren
Paul Oakenfold
Way Out West
Tiesto

Fav producers
Oceanlab
Andain
Orbital
Chicane

Paul Van Dyk stayed at the same hotel as me in Greece , but I didn't get to see him spin at Venue because i had to leave the 26th and he was performing the 28th .

hmm... I don't really listen to trance much anymore. My friend who's a PVD fanatic insisted on my going to that concert last weekend in NYC. AVB used to be really good, but not that great live. Not crazy about Oakenfold or Tiesto either... pretty much PVD is the only one who really rocks the whole crowd, imo. Chicane is the bomb too.

I find most trance to be beter at home listening music then at a house party or club. I do have records by most of the ppl you have listed.

Dj's/producers I love to see live:
Dj Caffiene, Josh the Funky 1, Green Velvet/Casmire, Josh R, Dj Rap, Cosmic Gate, Da Boy Tommy, Dj Yori, the list could go on for awhile so I'll stop.
