Friends DONT let Friends try and drift Suv's!!!.......EVER AGAIN!

well my work buddy has seen me drift a few times.
so since some jerk off pulled out n front of me last sat trashing my s13i have been forced to ride with him to work.
well today he thinks his 89 two door toyota 4 runner is a drift machine,...while im in the CAR! BAD IDEA!!!!!!!!
first one he pulls off i think ok thats enough hes done.
but NOOOOO! he tries to pull another one on his way onto the freeway on ramp. VERY BAD IDEA. he starts to over rotate (BAD) so he goes to correct and totally over corrects and starts facing the edge instead of the gaurd rail. (WORSE) so that scares him and he slams on the brakes as we slide toward the edge!
front tires slide over the curb and we slow to an almost stop and i think WOO thank god............NO not done yet! its been raining all day so the dirt is wet! front tires sink n slide in the grass/dirt and here we go rolling down the hill about four times landing on the roof when we finally stop!

thank god we both walked away without a scratch.
that was the scariest thing i have ever experianced in my whole life!!!!!
i seriously thought i was going to DIE!!.
but we are both fine. truck however is total history!

glad to hear your ok man. my dad used to have an suv, an excursion actually. It's had alot of problems, so he traded in for a subby wrx wagon. That car was also insanly dangerous to alot of other smaller car drivers.

yea i told him that was enough after the first one. i didnt expect him to be that stupid in the firstplace. when your not driving there really is nuthin you can do but pray to god you come out alive when your idiot driver thinks hes cool and doesnt stop after the first one.

and about the garden hose thing. yea he knows im pissed at him so he pretty much stayed his distance.

glad to hear your ok.

There's this gravle parking lot at my school in case the main parking lot fills up. The other day it was completly empty and I drove my moms minivan to school. No one was around so I did some drifting in the p.o.s. nissan quest...lol.

acualy the first car i drifted was my pops ford 02 exploader... but then again all the turns i drifted were up hill making it harder to completely lose controll... so i think the topic should be called.. dont let your stupid friends think they can drift.... but im definatly glad you made it alive with no harm..

WTF?!?! thats really really stupid, my mom has an 89 2 door 4 runner, that thing is pretty cool, but NOT for drifting... ur friend = STUPID! I couldnt even imagine thinking that possible to try (grammar?) I know damn well that if I got sideways in that truck with ANY speed that I would die instantly, plus that truck is a tank, even with the v6 it has like no horsepower, weighs a million pounds, and its high off the ground, and has really big tires, maybe ur friends 4 runner is stock? oh well, dont drift/try to drift/think you actually drifted in an SUV.

and Fords suck anyways
